This is a Luders design #1095 L5.5#65. Luders historian Bob Wallstrom tells us: "I do agree with Ted (Brewer) that Fay never contributed any more than ideas that were suggested to Luders. I queried Ted Brewer again as to whether Bill Luders might have shown him (to Ted) any thing on paper that would have been submitted by Fay and his answer was an emphatic "No, never"."
