5.5 GO 1 "Herz Dame" - Keel Week 1956 - 01.08.2009 by Kaspar Stubenrauch
A. Graetz was helmsman in the first International race GO1 sailed in. Built in 1951, the boat only got her lead keel in 1956. The races on Kiel Fjord were also elimination races for the German participation in the Melbourne Olympics. "Tilly" G-4 won the races in Kiel ahead of "Breham" G-3, "Tabu" Z-17, "Herz Dame" GO-1 and "Windspiel" G-1
5.5 GO-1 / Designer & Boatbuilder: Willi Lehmann - 07.12.2008 by Kaspar Stubenrauch
Most of the GDR measuring certificates and BDS magazine articles had been working with wrong spelling of the name, which corectly reads:
Willi Lehmann
Designer & boatyard entries in this database will be changed step by step.
5.5 GO 1 "Rostock" - 07.04.2008 by Kaspar Stubenrauch
Only some of the Willy Lehmann 5.5m boats are not found yet. For this one the rumour goes, that she fell victim to a chain saw. Let's hope for the better and for hints to her whereabouts.
